some of the best I have had were bought pre-packaged from HEB and Sams club for both beef & chicken (thighs). I have also had pretty good luck buying pre-seasoned from a hispanic meat market (carniceria?) ...

Another option that I have used for both beef & chicken (boneless thighs) was to trim excess fat, dust both sides with Fiesta Fajita seasoning and put in a large zip-lock bag, then pour HEB brand thick zesty Italian dressing over to cover... zip the bag closed squeezing out as much air as possible, then massaging the bag for a few minutes to insure the meat is fully coated ... refrigerate overnight to 24 hours ... pull meat out and throw on heat for a few minutes per side, cut across the grain. I normally pitch in my smoker with very low heat but heavy smoke for 45 minutes or so prior to searing over high heat...

Marinate your chicken breasts in Italian dressing, Add lots of lime pepper or lemon pepper, some garlic powder and about a 1/4 cup of cheap tequila. Marinate for 4-6 hrs. Baste it heavily while you grill them.

Lightly cover the meat with roasted pepper hot sauce of your choice, then apply any fajita rub. Let sit over night before cooking. food

HEB pre seasoned (if chicken get dark meat) fajita meat. Onion, bell pepper, and butter.

Putt ingredients in cooker. Cook. Put in Tortilla. Eat

Honestly HEB has my favorite fajita meat for cooking in a disc.

Just cut up the pre seasoned fajita meat and throw it all in there, the peppers will add flavor to it too!
