I have been asked to plan a Bow Hunting Clinic in Belton near Fort Hood. The idea is to get soldiers and their families out for some fun and education before the start of the season. Only issue, I don't know any pro staff guys that can talk about bow hunting. If you know of any guys please let me know.

I'm more than positive Aaron over at Nocked and Loaded in Lampasas would help you out Nathan. His number there is 512)556-4700. He is a true professional, and a great speaker.

Check with LSBA, sounds like something right up their alley. You might also see if one of the national bowhunter education guys could give a good clinic - that's basically what the course is about - I'll PM you a contact person

I will second the Aaron from Nocked and Loaded, stand up guy and the best bow guy in the area.

BirdRanger, when is the last time you were actually at that "3-D" range? they normally don't have the targets out....

I'm the President of Lone Star Bowhunters Association (LSBA), and it just so happens Nate and I dreamed up the concept of this clinic together at the LSBA Banquet last weekend in Bryan. We figure this would be a great way for our organizations to work together. We are in the "brainstorming" phase, so stay tuned for more details!

BTW Nate and HWOH were great supporters at our event, as they purchased several hunts in our Live Auction!
