4 inch concrete with swivel seat for left and right hand shooting, adjust up and down as well. Seat swings up underneath when not in use to keep out of weather. My 5th one to build in last couple months.

After i level them i use 16inch rebar stakes and stake them down to ground through holes in the pads and they are very stable.
