This morning I was outside and had the dogs start barking at something. As I got closer I could hear the sound of what I usually only hear when I'm using my foxpro, a baby rabbit distress. Decided to inspect and see what was going on. I find a probably 5-6 ft coachwhip with a baby cottontail in it's mouth and immediately ran back to the house to grab the camera. Luckily enough for me I was able to witness and take pictures of the entire event. All in all it probably took about 45 min from the time it caught it until the rabbit was completely eaten. Nature never ceases to amaze me. So awesome to watch! Hope y'all enjoy.

Kev- I was waiting for that question actually haha. It was attempting to get away from me as I was trying to snap pictures. Worked out great because it made it much more visible and allowed me to capture the shots I did.

just about any snake will climb when it has too... timber rattlers live the first 4ft of their life mainly in a tree....

during the summer id say 2-3 weeks.... during the winter over a month
