Just got told by 5 of our hunters that they could not lease this year. The lease is 7,640 acres in Cottle Co. Texas. The price is $1,996 per hunter. It has mule deer, whitetail, hogs, doves, quail and alot of turkeys. This is a good lease. Last year my 13yr old son killed a 151 class whitetail with numerous chances at good mule deer.Need good people to help me out of this situation. Pictures of the deer that have been shot there in the last 3yrs can be seen upon request. There are 10 other hunters on the lease and they are all good guys. It is about 3hrs from Dallas and about 1 1/2 from lubbuck

sure wish it were closer... i'm all the way down in corpus christi, so i'd spend more in gas than on the lease. sounds like a great deal. good luck!

Itis a year round lease, when it is full there are 14 hunters, and there are 3yrs left on the lease agreement, this is my third year on it. We pick our own stand locations and there are so many places to hunt we have never had any problems with paople being to close to one another. Because the mule deer seem to stay on the northwest side we make sure that during mule deer season everyone has a spot where they frequent, the rest of the year everyone seems scatters back and return to their main stand for whitetail. The Most of the guys have their campers there at the farm house which has water but we use generators for electricity. The roads are good unless it rains a whole lot then we use our 4 wheelers There are alot of ponds on the place and it ranges fromm mesquite flats to cedar canyons 6 of the guys are from the dallas forth worth areaand the rest of us are from mt vernon texas 100 miles east of dallas on 30. I buy 2 spots each year and always hunt with my kids, Thanks for the reply
