Ok I got you. I absolutly won't do business with SWFA because of there ammo pricing durring a shortage. They are in the same class with Ctd in my book. That and I am not of huge fan of places with price match garuntees. To me it is like saying we will get you if we can but if you call us out I will give you a deal. I would rather deal with the people whose pricing strategy is less discrimitory and doesn't require codes and price matches to give you their best price. But to each his own, your mileage may cary.

Didn't even know SWFA carried ammo. All I have ever ordered from them was optics.

You do have to call to make sure somethings in stock or take a chance you will get a email in a day or so saying its backordered! Called them to find out about the price match, they told me to fill out the form and they will get back to me, that was about four months ago, never heard a thing from them on a price match gurantee on a zeiss 4.5-14. I wanted to use someone in texas, but after a week, i decided to order it from cameraland ny! Cameralandny was who i wanted swfa to match or beat their price like thier 110% price gurantee states, but no dice on that one! Never heard a peep from them, guess they didnt want to honor the price match!

Some of you talk too much in pointing out a TX company does not charge TX residents sales tax. I guess no good deed goes unpunished.....

They still charge sales tax, the just give a 8% discount to tx residents. It covers it to the customer, but they still pay it.

I prefer to shop at places that don't sent me the wrong item twice. They sent me the wrong rings twice. In both instances I talked to somebody on the phone.

It didn't get deleted I have the receipt and I checked to make sure it took both off before I finalized my order. I think you have to buy more than 1 item to use them both.

Maybe Im wrong, but there were two deductions taken off my bill for coupons.

I placed an order on of SWFA website. I had bought numerous items in the past but I actually forgot that the THF got discounts on this order, guess I was in a rush. I sent Skyler a message and told him what I had done. He tracked down my order the next day and and saved me about $75 bucks. Order had already been placed and he did not have to do the discount but he did. As far as things they sell, they will get all my business.

I also tried the pricematch guarantee, but didn't hear from them in three days, so i just ordered from another website, as i guess they didn't want to match the price, so they just ignore your form. Still haven't heard from them, that was a year ago, lol! Thats ok with me, as i will not order from them, when there are so many other places to order from, so when i clck buy, i know hours or a day later i will not get a email saying its backordered. Have yet to shop at another online store, besides swfa that doesn't have live inventory and I'm always ordering something online.

I tried to order a TPS base and rings and got the oh we're out of stock email after I ordered and they charged my card.I cancelled it and am waiting for a refund on my card.
