I got a Ruger 77 Mk II 243 for my daughter and want new rings and scope for it. What are the best rings for the Rugers? What would be the best scope for her ? Her longest shot would be 100yrd so high power is not necessary. She has shot my aimpoint really well on my AR and maybe this could come into play. I think a longer eye relief may also be a good idea. Any suggestions?

I would have to say, that Leupold makes the best aftermarket OEM Ruger style ring available.

That is subjective to her. I wouldn't think that she would need a lot of magnification based on how many yards she will be hunting. This VX-R has some very generous eye relief.

Is this build have a budget?

Thank you,
