My Glock 27 shoots pretty much dead on, and I hold just under my target. I can change to the Lone Wolfe 9mm barrel, and it shoot about 6 inches high and right, at 7 yards. It seems like that's a bit too much. I'm not sure how long the lanes are at The Bullet Trap, but if I put the target to the end of the lane, I have to aim outside the entire target ring, to get near the middle. Is there something I should or can do about this?

Next time I go, I'm going to collect the exact data, and send it to Lone Wolfe, to see if this is normal.

stock glock? the sights for 40 and 9mm are the same but I have noticed 9mms tend to like a 6 o clock hold where my 40s like a dead on hold what bullet weight and brand were you shooting? is it a standard length barrel too?

If you were using Winchester white box try something else I have a lot of issues with wwb in my conversion barrels.

Also if it is a new lone wolf barrel you need to break it in with 100-200 +p loads before it will get really accurate.

Thanks for the info. I didn't know about the break in, especially the +p part. It's a stock Glock, with meplight, and a Ghost trigger. I've used all sorts of ammo, with the same results. All ammo has been cheap range stuff. I can't remember the weight. Whatever the shop has for sale. I'm going to do a more thorough experiment, to see what kind of data I can put together. I'm not real worried about it, I figure it's something that can be resolved, and if the barrel is actually bad, I'm sure they would work with me. This is my first real gun, so I'm learning what details are important to pay attention to. Right now, with the 9 barrel and ammo, I'm holding around 7 or 8, and hitting bulls eye. I hold dead on with the stock .40 barrel, and ammo.

I got one for my 34 about 3 weeks ago, and it was dead on right out of the box. Shot it at 10, 20 and 25. I was real happy considering some of the negative things ive heard about lone wolf.

Are you able to shoot a good group with the barrel, or does the group open up? I would so two things first:

Check the crown at the muzzle. Be sure that there are no dings or burrs that would affect the flight of the bullet. Sometimes a small imperfection can make a big difference.

Measure the bore and see if it is standard dimension. If the bore is slightly oversize that will affect accuracy and point of impact.

If it is shooting that far off at 7 yards, there should be something obvious!

Hope this helps.
