I have 2 openings on my lease that's between Menard and Eldorado. It's year round with water and electric for your camper. 1000 acres with 6 hunters total. There are already extra feed pens with box blinds in place or you can make your own set up if you want to. Prefer to lease to a group of 2 rather than 2 individuals. Plenty of deer, Turkeys, Dove. 1 trophy, 1 cull, 2 does per membership. Wife/ minor kids shoot off your limit. Rolling hills with draws and lots of Live Oaks. Very little Mesquite or Cedar on the place. These cam pics came from one of the available set ups and the last picture is of a deer that was killed last season from the other available set up.
