My spice rack is loaded with them. I'm tasting a little sting in my mouth from my dinner tonight. I added Wal-Mart garlic powder, chili powder, and minced onions. I also use their cayenne pepper. I quit using paprika several years ago, after I discovered Wal-Mart chili powder. It's mostly paprika and cumin. Do you guys use them?

I like to go to Central Market, and buy the bulk spices. Go buy some really good Spanish smoked paprika, and your Walmart stuff will taste like sawdust. I still do keep my pantry stocked with cheap spices, but they just don't measure up to the good stuff.

My wife gets frustrated at the amount of spices I have. But I use nearly every one of them at some point in the year.

I have almost everything, but my go to spices and herbs are black pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. I use a good bit of the flaked onions.

my heavy hitters are black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Fiesta Fajita seasoning, Bill's season salt (San Saba TX), smoked paprika, cayenne and sea salt that I buy in larger containers ... but yeah, I have a bunch more that are occassionally used for various dishes.

I have some of HEB's smoked Spanish paprika and my opinion is they can keep it.

I use salt black pepper garlic powder and cumin on almost everything. Also use red pepper onion powder chili powder and paprika quite a bit.

Chile powder is mostly paprika, and cumin. That's all I use to give grilled fish it's color.

I'm a spicehead. We go through tons of onion/garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin. I love me some black pepper too! I keep an entire shelf in the pantry dedicated to spices...

That Fiesta Fajita seasoning is the bomb. Best steak I have ever eaten was from a chef at Sherwin Williams old Deer lease, all he used on steaks was that stuff. Mouth is watering right now.

Cavender's Greek Seasoning is a great all purpose type spice mix. Add it to sour cream and you you have a better ranch dip than the Hidden Valley mix.

Cavender's is my favorite blend. Its best on pork.

Angelos blend is my standard for pork and sometimes chicken, but you can't find it everywhere. Lawrys chile and garlic blend is good on yellow squash with a little butter. Simple and easy and really puts a zing on the veggies.
