Hmm I think I'll try puting some live perch on trotlines this weekend. Been meaning to do it the last few wknds. but went after blues instead.

i dont know, the biggest i have ever caught was 52 lbs,it was great.i have never eaten any real big ones. this one was 28, and it tasted great. you have to cut off any and all fat off meat. we grilled a couple thick chunks on the grill with our steaks and hot links that night. It was awesome! we will probably fry the rest.
