1 gun available for $1500. Blinds are already in place. Property has a cabin with a kitchen and bathroom facilities,Also has A/C. Plenty of deer, hogs and turkeys. You are allowed 1 mature buck per season and the rest will have to be does or a spike. Property borders the Nueces and dry Nueces river. No guests are allowed to hunt or sit. Looking for someone in the San Antonio area to fill the slot. PM me for more info if you have any questions.

no women, no boooze...guess you have to go to town after a hard day of hunting, or smoke a little pot while you're in your stand

I am suprised no one has PMed me on this. The ranch next to this place is paying $5000 a gun. The doe to buck ratio is about 1 to 1. Also part of the property is high fenced along the Nueces river.

Another thing I'd like to add is my dad is currently on this lease and the only reason he prefers someone from San Antonio is to help share in the gas expense along with filling feeders etc. He's 64 so having a hand at that age is appreciated.

For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

how many acres?
Around 500 acres. So you'll have a total of 2 guns on there.

Spend time with the ones you love. Time is not guaranteed.

I can understand no guest allowed to hunt but no guest to sit and watch. No guest in camp is crazy. Rules I guess. I have a buddy that has a lease and i try to go out once or twice a year and I will cook for the guys on the lease and I buy the food. All it is about is sitting around and having a good time and eating good food.

i dont understand that rule either i still take my grandfather to the lease. He dontt hunt much due to he is 86 and had a broken back but he loves to bs and go sit in the stand and give me a hard time. I think that is one of the main reasons i go hunting.
