im going out to a friends land in a couple of weeks and he said that coons were eating all of his corn up. What equipment do i need? im guessing we will only see them at night? and i dont have night vision or any thing so will a white light work or does it need to be a certain color?
also last time i meant out their i think i found their home ore somethings home and wanted to try to flush it out during the day. any ideas?

A green light works well- it doesnt seem to scare them. I had a couple come by last weekend when I was waiting for hogs. I saw them during the day as well. If you really want to draw them in try snack bars the chocolate chewy kind the smell will get them out..

If he has oak trees just walk around shinning a white light at the oaks till you see eyes then walk to tree and shoot.

White light coon fight sound on fox pro 12 gauge and plenty rounds. Works great in day too if you know where their sleeping.

Sounds like a good time a .22 and a spot light will do.
