It appears to be some loose skin. Could have been when she jumped over or thru a barbwire fence. She might have gotten to close to a barb. Big old does at your feeder.

I agree with the arrow shaft thought. There is something sticking out of the skin. Chances are she just tensed up with the other critters around causing it to pull up.

I wouldnt say deffect just cuz it seems to be gettin smaller or healing.... whatever it is it dont seem to be bothering her much still just as healthy as the others

I got a doe with a similar looking thing -- have other pics showing it too so I know it's not the other does leg or feeder leg or something on the ground. . She's obviously carrying a fawn so maybe it's an overdeveloped teet?
