Posting for a buddy. He has 900 + or - acres with 4 bedroom cabin. There's CRP income and hunters that would pay to stay.
1/2 minerals . Asking only 800 an acre.

i would hope people would quit splitting up the land into small tracts. in that country you should not be hunting 100 acre tracts.
