He's deaf, loosing his sight but his nose is as good as ever! He is and awesome retriever, but I got to be careful with him. She is only 18 months old so she has only hunted dove, duck, quail, pheasant, pigeon, snipe, chucker, rabbit, and blood tracked deer. She has hunted Texas, Arkansas, and Kansas. I hope to get her into some more game in the coming season.

All have since moved on to the happy hunting grounds along with my father. Twice in my life I saw my father cry...once was when he buried his favorite dog....Her name was Dixie and he put on her Plot Marker the following... "Dixie...a damn good dog." Hunt behind buddies dogs now, English and Labs. We hunt Dove, Ducks, Geese, Quail and Pheasents. Hunt mostly West Texas, but will venture up to the Panhandle and Kansas, Going to try Montana this year also. Mostly quail hunt with english Pointers. I've had hunting dogs since 1986 started with Labs, Started raising Pointers in 97.
