Looking for a lease in the panhandle area. Year round availability with possibility for long term. Family friendly and management minded. Would like to have turkey, wt deer, hogs, mule deer would be nice,varmints. Looking for a place that can hold 2-4 guns, we occasionally bring our kids out to hunt.

Because of deer density in the panhandle you will be hard pressed to find what your looking for less than 3500 a year. To have a sound management program you need about 1 hunter every 800-1000 acres. I hunt on a ranch that meets your criteria that I think has 2 openings. I've hunted on it 6 years. PM me if your interested and I'll send you the contact info.

I have some places but most all of them are around 6 bucks an acre
