I have been having a hard time finding anyone local that has any cans in stock. I found these guys and they seem very good. Anyone have any feedback on them?

You still have to find a local Class III dealer to get the can shipped to so finding a local guy is something you will have to do.
There is a guy here in Longview that is a class III mfg/dealer that can get you hooked up either way.
Jim Rogers Longview Class III Arms 903-918-0140
What size/brand can are you looking for?

I have been having a hard time finding anyone local that has any cans in stock. I found these guys and they seem very good. Anyone have any feedback on them? Hey! I'm not going to offer feedback on us; but, I will say that you won't need a local Class 3 dealer if you're in Texas. We do all the paperwork through the mail - and even provide a postage-paid/pre-addressed envelope to the ATF so you won't have any extra costs (other than the cost of the tax stamp... ). Once your stamp is approved, we can mail the suppressor directly to your house so you can avoid the trip to Austin - although you're welcome to come pick it up in person if you prefer. We take care of the ATF overhead if you want it mailed; but, you can read more details on this page if you want to know how it works. Anyway, I just figured I'd clarify that point. I'll let any customers who may be on this forum take care of feedback. You are welcome to call or email any time if you have any questions about the process or about suppressors in general.

Hmm.... I stand corrected I just assumed that a NFA item would have to be transferred dealer to person.
I'm sure Silencer Shop is GTG!
btw welcome to the forum Dave!

I actually talked to Dave earlier today and he was very helpful. I was hoping some of the guys on here might have used them before. I am pretty sure I am about to pull the trigger on a YHM 7.62 can.
Thanks for any feedback anyone may have.

Not sure about Silencershop, but SilencedAmerica is in DFW and they have the best prices I've seen. I wanna say Silencershop has their prices online and they were good as well.

I have personally used Silencershop for a SS Sparrow purchase a couple months back. Excellent customer service, very quick getting the paperwork to me, and answered all my questions. You do not have to get another transfer to a local dealer. Also, unlike Silenced America, they have their prices posted online with what they have in stock which makes it less hassle. It was a very pleasant buying experience and I would give them a huge thumbs up.

Dave do you have a storefront? It looks like I was slow to see this post. We don't currently have a storefront; but, stay posted since we currently have one in the works!

I just got my newest one this week!! It was mailed on April 5th, check cashed on April 24, approved on September 24th, picked up on October 2. Almost exactly 6 months from the mail-in date.
I have another that was mailed on June 6, check cashed on June 11, still pending.....

Thats better than my last one it took 7 months. Dave said he thought the wait was coming down and some of the recent ones had been approved in as few as five months.
This is the worst part... waiting...

Well i got the notice last week the tax stamp was approved. The guys at silencershop mailed out the forma i needed to have done to accept it and i will have it in about a week or so.
I have no complaints from this experience and will likely order again from them.
