Dove lease east of Falfurrias in Brooks County. 240 acres with small well-fed pond. Coastal fields and some brush. Lots of birds (mourning, white-wing, and Euros)and even some deer, hogs, javalinas, and nilgai thrown into the mix. Ducks, cranes, and geese too when larger area ponds are holding water. 4x8 blind on 8 ft. stand for your use also. Will lease for $3200 for year. Camp site has water well and electricity.
