You can hunt lake Meredith for mule deer. It's around Fritch,TX. You gotta get up in the hills high cause down low it looks like a pumpkin patch with everyone. Pronghorn is drawing or private only

I think Lake Amistad you can bow hunt for Muleys but dont quote me on that.


I offer primarily free range hunts and also preserve hunts on 1 million acres across west and southwest Texas for native and exotic game.

Check on Rita Blanca National Grasslands, I think it is by drawing, but they are lots of pronghorns.

The Rita Blanca is by drawing only and there are generally 8 permits with about a jillion people putting in. Good Luck!

You can bow hunt Lake Amistad, but you won't see any Mule deer or Pronghorn
