But seriously, Hodgman or Cabela's.

I love my cabela's waders. I went with the thinner neoprene and I was glad I did. I hate being hot. Now fly fishing, I have simms, which I love also but those are for a totally different purpose. To me the neoprene is neoprene and Cabela's always has pretty good customer service in my opinion.

I'd have Simms make me a coup,e of pair of breathable waders in whatever camo I wanted.
Otherwise, I'd just use one of their G3 guide waders with the darker colored reinforcement.
Breathable waders are comfy!
Thought for the day: Ducks were almost hunted to extinction long before camo was invented.

I'm looking at either Hodgman r drake waders. I'm leaning towards drake for the duck blind camo. I just don't know a lot of other good wader brands.

I am currently using Cabelas waders.
Northern Flight Breathable Waders (good for sept-nov) Northern Flight 1-strap Waders 3.5mm (good for everything else)
I had some leaks in my first pair of 1-strap waders, took them back (no receipt) they ordered me a replacement pair and swapped them out. I purchased a second pair (backup pair) during the after season sale for like $100.
I had a killer pair of "Redhead" (BPS brand) that lasted me 5 years, the rubber boots finally rotted out, and sharp weeds would actually puncture them (lol) I got the "new" pair from BPS and returned them 5 times (every pair leaked) until I gave up and went to cabelas.
I don't think it's about how much you spend, although I'd like to have a custom made pair some day for my short legs.....

Mack's are the best waders IMHO.

I don't think there is a company on the planet that makes a better breathable wader than the top of the line Simms waders. They take a considerable amount of beating and are worn by fishing guides a LOT more in a season than a hunter wears a pair of waders.

Cabelas you can't beat rolling into the store with a leaking pair and them replacing them on the spot.

Already own a pair of Cabelas millennium, so I'd go get a set of Cabelas breathable.

For breathables. No question Simms, no one compares.
