Babe's has good chicken. Real good chicken. Family style. There's one in Frisco. I'll be there tonight

If youre not scared and can make it to Oak Cliff, Rudys has the best fried chicken. Only takes cash. Whole bird is $11 ask for extra seasoning. Comes with fries and jalapenos. Its only a drive thru.
Second best is at Chicken Scratch. Third is Babes.

I like Henderson's Chicken and Rudy's in Dallas. Pop's Honey Fried Chicken in Terrell is top notch too. Chicken Express has good livers with cream gravy.

In my experience, Popeyes is always excessively greasy, both from cooking and from the seemingly low-grade chicken they use.
