I have a deer lease in Flat, Texas. Lease includes deer hunting & excellent dove hunting. Best bucks are in the 120" range.
Lease is 550 acres (approx. 1/3 wooded) and has one hunter on it currently. I need 2 more hunters at $1,500 per person.
I am not the owner, but I have managed this lease for a couple of years (have hunted on it for 10 years). The owner is easy to get along with and lets me run the lease as I see fit.
I also allow paid hunters to bring their kids, spouses (no drinking buddies), etc..... They can sit in the same stand with the paid hunter and shoot off of the paid hunters tag.
There is also a cabin with electricity that is available. It has 4 or 5 beds and a couch.

how far are you from bryan/ college station i am 30 miles west of there and might be interested if there is spots available

Is that in Coryell county? Antler restrictions? How about other game? Turkeys, hogs, dove even ducks?
