Is there anyone out there that may have a copy that I could borrow for a week or so? If you are close to Houston I would be willing to meet FTF or if it would need to be mailed I will pay postage on it. I think it could help me enormously, however I can't justify spending $130 on them. Even just the perfect start video would be very appreciated.

I'll pay $20 to borrow it for a week. I have a pretty good memory when watching videos so I do not need to own it.
