It is johny. I have some friends that are on a big lease with him in childress and they are happy. Said he runs the place good and is fair!!

Guys..... His name is Johnny P, he run a great operation up in that area. His cell # is (PM me), give him a call and leave a message???? If your serious about leasing one of his property. He runs his property the way he feels fit for his hunters. Some may not agree with it, but that doesn't make him a bad guy or have to be aware of him. He doesn't steer you wrong or steal your money. You get what you pay for true trophies!!!! His hunters have trophies hanging on the wall and his hunters have been on the Texas Trophy Hunters, including him self. He's a regular guy that's works hard during the wk and hunts hard and trying to share the experience. And not glue to the computer. GREAT GUY!!! Don't post personell information on open public forum with out owner consent and approval.

I believe I have seen Johnny advertise a larger Childress lease on LeaseHunter.com in the past. Some good looking pictures and his prices reflect the opportunity to harvest trophies. Seemed like a standup guy to me..

Johnny is a great, standup guy. He has goals he sets to grow big deer, and expects the hunters leasing from him to follow those rules. The return on the hunters investment is quailty deer.
I would advise you to talk to him (i.e. call him) and find out for yourself rather than listening the stuff thrown about on this board. he is a straigt shooter and will provide you with the name and numbers of the local state biologist and game warden so you can get a character reference from them.
Like I said, call and talk to him, it might be worth your time.
