A little mod podge on first, let dry 15-20 mins. Then place the pic. Then i did 5 coats on top. Allow about 20 mins between each coat

You can buy it at Walmart in the craft section. Sortof a glue type stuff that dries clear. My wife uses it all the time on her projects, has a great old timey lacquer solvent sort of smell.

Make sure you glue felt to the underside of the tile. Ceramic tile can scratch glass and wood counter tops
