I have no problem with that. I know I could be one of the few with that opinion, but that is just my take. If one state does not want to reciprocate your CHL from another state. I feel that is thier right. Their laws and requirements might be different than others. And why should they if the other state doesn't do the same.
If I'm not hunting something I must be dead.

If one state does not want to reciprocate your CHL from another state. I feel that is thier right. Their laws and requirements might be different than others. And why should they if the other state doesn't do the same. Good point. That said, Texas shouldn't recognize Washington permits as there's no reciprocity. We offer CHLs to servicemen at 18 and they don't offer licenses to anyone under 21.
