This one haunts me.... i thought them dam AR's werent working? i kid!...... i kid!......
If I send my neighbors a text and ask them to give me feedback on my lawn and plant rye into a giant dong pattern, I'm probably going to get some less than positive feedback. Same goes here.

I saw a buck much like the one in Stxranchman's photo...in the 30" range. He was a mainframe 12. Never had a shot on him. My personal widest is this 10. Just shy of 23".

Just over 23 inside, scored 172, main frame 12...think he only had under 3 inches of deductions, lf east tx. his name was Nacho
Does that mean he netted 169 and change???? That is crazy close.

South Texas Buck Please tell me this deer is now dead. Yes this buck was taken this year by my dad. He had 33 1/2 spread scored around 172'. I'm not sure but I'm pretty this picture is from a year ago.

Just over 23 inside, scored 172, main frame 12...think he only had under 3 inches of deductions, lf east tx. his name was Nacho Nav, your buck looks alot like this one we took off our place this year -- grossed 168 but wasnt as wide as your. They both have that funny little G2 on left.

Garrett1985, do you have a field photo of that buck dead. That thing looks insane. Cool buck Yes it is. MAP I flew the survey the day before that buck was killed and never saw him. After I flew the whole ranch I spent over 1.5 hrs in a 1500 acre core area he was seen in the year before and could not find him. Then he just walked down the sendero the next morning at 7 am as if he had been doing it everyday. That year on the survey I did not see that many deer period but by feed consumption I knew the pop was high with a very high number of older bucks. That ranch and the neighboring ranch were not known for seeing many deer during a heli-survey due to several factors I believe. You could see 40 or so bucks total from the air and kill 75 bucks for management in a season. Then fly it the next year and see 50. The ranch I managed in that area we killed more deer every season than we saw on the annual survey and still had to many deer for that area deer density wise than it should have been.
Are idiots multiplying faster than normal people?
