I read on another thread that you can paint your arrows. Paint about 8" from the veins to help you find them.

What kind of krylon would you use on carbon? Alluminum?

Im thinking any would work but thought I would ask.

I use the cheapest flat white spray paint from walleyworld, with no problems. I don't paint where my fletches are, just about 4inches in front of them and then the last inch before the nock.

I started using wraps. Onestringer has it were you can send them any design and/or idea and they will make it for you.
Here is one I made.

I always have some white on the ends of mine. It seems to make them stand out fairly well. All of this talk of painting arrows got me fired up so last night I built a red neck cresting machine. It took about 15 minutes, zero dollars, looks like hell, but appears to work well. If I get a chance I will take some pics.

Homemade cresting machine. Some spare wood, a chuck off of an old cordless drill that quit, some PVC, and an old water pump for an aquarium. Its not pretty but it works pretty good.

First attempt just playing around. Using cheap paint and brushes from Walmart.

Arrows made for me by someone that knows what they are doing....LOL
