Not in your area, but you can get a pickup full for around $20 at several places near me. It's about a yard.

For the "Vegetable Soil" its 40$ yard. I called another place and they wanted 60 per yard.

Vegetable Mix
Vegetable Garden Mix is a unique blend of compost, loam, sand, aged mulch, expanded shale and Texas Green Sand. It will perform well with most plantings, especially vegetables. It has excellent drainage, moisture retention and friability. The more you use Vegetable Garden Mix on your veggies, the more you’ll want to use it in all areas of your garden.

I'd go compost only, or mostly. You have the loam and sand in your yard.

I use the rose mix from Living Earth. It works great in my vegetable garden.

By all means add the horse manure if it is not hot. Just till it in and water. Then Reilly again in a few days. Fresh manure is too hot and will burn your plants.

Ill be growing peppers, lettuce, leeks, yukons, tunips, and a few more. I have some in the ground but im experimenting with keyhole garden beds. We are going to put fish that we shoot with bows at the bottom then put soil with manure.

Great idea on the fish, just treat it like any manure. Let it rest first then mix with your compost and till in. Would love to see pics of the veggies this summer.
