I'm having a hard time finding leases that are about $1500 a year without having to pay for those lease finding websites. Are they worth it or is there a secret web site that I haven't found yet. I've even tried the local Craigslist! I'm in San Antonio and would be willing to drive up to 3hrs out if anyone knows anyone looking for a management minded bow hunter who would not mind putting in the labor if necessary.

Finding Leases is hard, good luck. If you get one do what you can to keep it.
In my experience in trying to find hunting leases the best way is actually talking to people, it's a lost art in the days of texting and the internet but you would be amazed how effective it actually is.
