My girlfriend got a call from one of our friends who is heading up to habitat flats to try and kill some snow geese today and long story short they had a last minute spot open up so she got to go for half the price because the other guy couldn't get his deposit back!! She asked if I cared if she went and I told her she could only go if she took my pup, and she agreed!! So although I'm very jealous I hope they kill some piles of birds over him. Plus I'm heading to Arkansas Thursday after to work to chase em too  I was just checking the numbers up there too and the refuge 2 miles south of the lodge up there reported 160,000 snow geese this morning! I'm sure I'll be getting plenty of pictures so I will try and keep y'all updated.
I'm with GK because I like salty old dudes.

Those snows hard to bring in close, hope she has a great hunt. You should clean the house while she is out hunting.

Saw she was headed up there! They should put the hurtin' on them! Tony put up some pic's that are ridiculous today and yesterday! Sucks you couldn't go! Good for her! J.J.

They shot 43 this morning by 9:30 and didn't hardly fire a shot after that. Hunted all day. Boudreaux did good, my girlfriend said he picked up two blinds close to 250 yards!! I'll take it for a year and half old dog!

If she was the only girl on the hunt, AND she happened to bring a great dog on the hunt, if I had been on the hunt, I would have given the bands to her and told her to give one to you for letting us use your dog.

Thats what u get at habitat flats for the high price they charge. Awesome hunts, period! I was gonna go in march but i opted to go skiing instead for 7 days in taos new mexico. Am i gonna regret it? Dont know, tough call, skiing is above hunting to me.
