redchevy THF Celebrity R Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 39,592 Texas	I only use them for fresh sausage, but HEB sells some Hog casings vacuum packed in salt in the meat area, they run about $4-5 a pack and will handle about 50 lb of meat. When we are going to make dry sausage we always get casings from the local meat market. It's hell eatin em live
