With the camera that is!

The high winds here on the lake today made me change my mind about launching the boat and cathcing some green fish. So instead I went out and enjoyed the sunshine with the camera. Here are a few shots from this afternoons sneaks on a few water holes

The widgeon and both Gadwalls were swimming around like this for a while. Then they would all splash and dive under at the same time. All coming up at different areas of the pond. They would swim back to the middle and do it again, and again.

A lone Ringneck

Good stuff,

I went out yesterday, but the low clouds made the shots difficult!

Thinking Wed. I'll try again! smile

Thanks for sharin'...

We should go set up some Deeks one morning and try to get some shots! I bet with both our camera shutters clicking, we can pull off some good shots if set up for it!

I snuck up on some Woodies that have been in a creek full of lay downs. Yup I got too close and busted them out before any were caught by the Canon! bang

Give us SE winds, and sun...

You head over here, there is about 100+ on my wetlands, easy, brushed blind and you can shoot away and with the sun behind us they can't see us!

I think Wed. is suppose to be good, holler if interested! smile

Sometimes it's better to see them in water rather than a tailgate

Nice pics......I have switched into fishing mode and it just makes me sick creeping up to them on the trolling motor well withing gun range. Tried hitting them with my roadrunner jig to no avail.
