Some of you may know him and some may not, but I figured I would try and save others from the frustration of dealing with this guy. I have been hesitant in posting this as I like give someone the benefit of the doubt, but the time has come. I had delt with him once before and got some nice capes from him and felt safe in dealing with him again. I contacted Gary on 11/14 looking for a Mulie cape for a customer of mine and he said he had one and we agreed on a price. I asked if he had any other nice capes for sale and he said he would send me " a freezer full " in exchange for an amount we agreed upon. I sent him the money that day and we agreed that he would ship the Monday after Thanksgiving to avoid a delay in shipping. Fast forward to then and he avoids my phone calls and texts but finally late that evening he texted me that he shipped but wouldn't provide me a tracking #. He finally texted me on the 29th and admitted he did not ship but he would the next week. He finally shipped the Mulie cape and nothing else on 12/5 and said he would ship the rest the next day. Never happened of course. I got him to answer a text on 12/9 saying he would ship 12/10 but that never happened either. After several texts and phone calls, he finally text back on 12/12 saying he had been home sick. This is the last I have heard from him. I write all this hoping that he will not scam anyone else and hope that he reads this as well. What comes around goes around Gary and in the end it is not me you will have to answer to but the Big Man upstairs. Best wishes and Happy Holidays to everyone.

Sounds a lot like a bird taxidermist that I know in Hurst that isn't afraid to lie and treat his customers like crap. Too bad these guys aren't a man of their word.

Gee, you don't mean it has taken you two years to get your birds back too? Get tired every two months after the first year hearing they will be ready in two weeks.

Yea, I was told to call back in 2 weeks, call back in 2 weeks....that happened for more than 3 months. Because I couldn't get him to answer for the first month when he told me they would be ready. Then lied to and I was blamed for "beating his ***" for calling him so much. Which is what he told me to do. Yea, that's what he thinks of his customers. Sketchy dude for sure.

I dealt with a taxi like that out east of Rockwall on 276. 2 years after carrying him 2 wood ducks, I got them back and they were absolutely terrible. I hate people like you guys speak of. The one ol boy said it best, what goes around comes around. Sorry for your bad experience and thanks for the heads up.

I do not know this guy but I appreciate you posting this. And I agree what goes around comes around. It's sad things like this happen.

Yes he did after hearing about these threads, forgot to update here. Says he is trying to make things right with everyone he has wronged.
