Nice birds. Gotta love when you get your target species on the first day of a trip. Takes all the pressure off.

OMG, this is the best slumber party ever!

Pacific brant are very heavily banded and studied. At one point I read where 1/10 were banded. Now its 1/20-50 depending on which colony they come from. Last yr we got 5 if I remember correctly. This year a pile!

Actually I own a construction company. Nothing really big, just me, my wife, and two superintendants.

Mexico is the only trip that cost me anything. All of my us including Alaska are trade hunts with friends.

None of my trips this year outside of Mexico cost me more than $400. The bigger cost for me is the time out of town.

We put a large part of our business expenses on mileage cards. I haven't bought a plane ticket, rental car, hotel in years.

I think that pintails momma had an affair with an old squaw. That's just insanely long but very cool.
