Getting ready to pick up a small tract of land in southern mills co. Never leased anything in Texas. Hoping it will be good for my small kids to get introduced into the hunting world. I'm not looking for trophies i rather high population. Anyone got some good news for me???

Hunt the north end by Democrat, decent number of deer... no pigs
I'd ask him if he's pregnant. He missed a s__tload of periods. I'll take "things that look like a uterus" for $200 Alex.

How far south? I hunt near Goldthwaite, and if its numbers you want, we got em.

I hunt southern Mills between Goldthwaite and Lometa. Got numbers of deer and hogs. I know a small place next door to me that might be leasing, would be interested to know who your talking too we might be neighbors.

Going look and pay for the land Saturday. They tell me its between Goldthwaite and San Saba. 60acres pecan orchid.

I hunt west of Goldthwaite. Great numbers and have many good size bucks

Our ranch is in northern San Saba county, across the river a few miles from the area you are considering. You should see a good quantity of deer. Probably no monsters but the kids should have plenty to keep them occupied while in the stand.
