Always on camera, but can't catch em. Hunted over tuna and sardines and only saw a dozen wabbits. Spotlight trees for an hour, nada. Guess it's time to mix some fly bait and pepsi.

Fly bait is just that, for controlling flies, not poisoning any wildlife species - read the label. Serious violations by TDA, TPWD and possibly USFWS.

Find somebody near you that hunts with dogs. That's the fastest way to clear a bunch out.

That's absolutely correct. The TDA will nail you to the wall with fines and jail time. Fly baits are some of the most toxic baits on the market today, and some of them are systemic because they do not metabolize in mammals. Anything not excreted and left in the gut could be dangerous to the next step(s) up the food chain.

We use a live trap and (cheap) can cat food. Works 90% of the time.


I've seen 'em lose and I've seen 'em win
But I've never seen 'em quit.
