Thanks!

I just finished a lot of research on bino's. I looked at leupold, Vortex, Bushnell elite, and Zen-Ray. I finally settled on Zen-Ray ED3 10x43. The bird watchers do a lot of watching and their reviews led me to ZenRay. The ED3 10x43 are normally $519 but they had some demo models, factory reconditioned for $379. Should be here next week.

Have no real world experience with them but they are made by Meopta. They seem heavy for the size bino to me. I was thinking about a set but have about decided on some Vortex instead, weight being one of the deciding factors.

I have them and they are great binos, but I really never thought I would worry about weight until I went hunting for elk and aoudad. They are really heavy and work wonderful for sitting and glassing or from a deer blind, but hiking with them sucks. Also the low light performance is great.

Thanks for the info! I think I'm going to get them. I really like their quality for the $$$ and am not too worried about the weight for now.

Never ran them but all accounts were that they were extremely good binos.
I am testing a set of their (Meopta) HD 10x42s
Outstanding

The Vortex Razors for around 600 are in the same league as Swaros. YES I just said that. I have done some comparing head to head and you cant see $1300 better thats for dang sure.

So the Cabelas sale ended before I placed my order, but I did purchase some Vortex Talon HDs and love them so far!

That's what I use and I loved them this deer season! The picture through them is great, low light is awesome, and the ergonomics of them just fit me well. You got a good pair of binos right there!

The Meopta glass in the Euros is great mid range glass.
