I'm not sure what the going price is for Deer leases. I thought the forum could fill me in on that.
There is a camp, with water but no electricty.
There are no exotics.
The place has both open pastures and denser wooded areas of cedar and hackberry and mesquite.
There are five tanks on the property. the place is bordered by a seasonal creek.

For 200 acres thats just too much, honestly i would be interested and not looking to jip anyone but this is too expensive.

Just deer season. Feeders can be refilled, cameras checked, and stands upkept in the off season.
Written contract.
Cabin can be used.
