It's possible and probably a real pic.
Anything could have happened, but (1) yes, a hog will kill and eat a newborn fawn, (2) a fawn left to fend for itself and died of starvation, or (3) fawn killed by a vehicle.
Nature taking over.

That fawn looks like it was dead for a while. The legs look dried out. Might have died and the pig picked it up later.

Im pretty sure hogs dont run around taking down fawns like a pack of wolfs. With that being said, I know they will eat pretty much anything. So I bet it came across it dead and picked it up

Fawn definitely looks "deflated" my guess, like others, is it was dead for a good while before the pig snatched it.

Thats totally normal. Pigs here eat anything and the roe deer kitz that don't make it through winter are often a free meal
These pigs eat anything, and I mean anything. All those serial killers that dumped bodies in the bay and had them wash back up had never seen HBO's Deadwood or a hungry pig on a carcass.
