Any guys in Dallas around the Whiterock Lake area interested in getting together to train... My wife hates being the bird boy (shocking I know), so I figured there might be some guys on here who would be interested in getting together once or twice a week to throw birds for one another? Hit me up if interested.

I don't know what your schedule is like Bobby but hiring a kid after school to throw works pretty slick until you get a group together.

I'm 2 miles from the dog park on Mockingbird. I have a 18mo. old Brittany that I'm training to retrieve, he's a great pointer but hasn't retrieved after the shot. I'm usually free one day of the weekend to train. So Pm me and lets get this going.

Slow944 and Lhbrittany23, sorry for the slow reply... I've got a Boykin so this should be lots of fun! I've got a retriever that I want to also teach to hunt upland... y'all have upland dogs that you want to teach to retrieve!

I've gotten a few PMs from other guys as well so maybe we can get a small group together.

I'm about 10 minutes from that dog park, and there are lots of open places around there we can throw marks (I can't actually go to the dog park cause Bean isn't fixed and they frown on that... apparently its bad manners when your dog humps everything that moves!)

Yep same with Max. I live between Plano and Jupiter, south of NW Hwy. in what they call Lockwood Meadows.

I had Max out with the breeder (CCBIRDDOGMAN) Kevin is a good guy. We hunted with Max's siblings Star And D.O.G. (pronounced Dee Oh Gee) when they were 7mos old. check out "Training Day at the Flying O" on here to see the pics.
