If you have a team and would like to host a Soldier for the event please go to the website and contact us or fill out the Participant application and state on the form that you have room for a soldier. We will try and get everyone teamed up prior to the hunt. Thanks for all the support and hope to see everyone there.

This hunt is open to the public. I have had some guys ask if we will provide land to hunt on. This hunt will be the same as most other varmint hunts with the exception of HOGS. They are included to get rid of them, more shooting, and more chances to win. Thanks for the support! Let's get that veterans wall!

PM's sent. We are currently taking 14 Veterans for the Haskell Hunt. Our accommodations are full. We will have future events as well, so please go online and fill out an application if interested. Again, this hunt is open to the public and will be on March 2-3 in Haskell. We are raising money for the Haskell County Veterans Memorial Wall. This wall will have over 3,900 names of soldiers. Thanks for the support and we'll see you there. Also, we will serve lunch Sunday when you return from your hunt.

I wanted to let everyone know that the 13 soldiers we are hosting are really excited to be a part of honoring those soldiers in Haskell County. I learned yesterday that the wall now has over 4,000 names going on it to now include active soldiers, KIA, MIA, and fallen soldiers. Your support, whether you attend the event or just donate is so appreciated. The square in Haskell will be the sign up location and food will be available before departing to hunt. The Texas Independence Day celebration will be on the square as well. Thanks everyone for the support and we are really looking forward to this one!

Thanks Clay. It's going to be a lot of fun and all the veterans participating and supporting the construction of the Haskell Veterans Wall are so appreciative of our support. We will be hosting a Purple Heart recipients, Army Rangers, and other wounded combat veterans that have a great attitude and appreciation for this cause. I wanted to also remind everyone that the top prize for the event is not only CASH, but a weekend stay at the Warrior Ranch for 10 people! It is a great place to bring groups for a getaway. We have skeet shooting and great accommodations just 5 miles north of Graham. You can see pics on our website and read about the history of the area. Thanks for all the support and we hope to see everyone there! www.freedomcarewarriors.org

"Like" us on Facebook at Freedom Care Warrior Project. There are lots of pics from past events and you can keep up with us on future events. Thank you to all the volunteers for helping raise the gate entry arch. It is a true, official way to welcome the veterans to their ranch. It is our way of giving back.

The veterans are pumped up and excited about this event. Most of these veterans have never experienced varmint hunting and can't wait to experience it. Hope to see everyone at the square in Haskell on Saturday. Thanks for all the support and many inquiries about the hunt over the past month or so. If you would like to host a veteran Saturday there will be a table at the gazebo on the NW corner of the square where the sign up will take place. All the volunteers and veterans will be wearing Sunflower Camo shirts so look for one of us and we can assist in any way. Thanks again form all of us at Freedom Care Warrior Project and God Bless!
