...here are a few photos I snapped. I really hate the tailgate pics but many of them are for my records just so I can remember what's what. I did not even take picture for many of my hunts but here are a few:

This was teal season...probably the hardest rain I've ever hunted in...it let up at the end in time to take some pics but you can see how wet the road is...I was drenched even with waders on. But I tell you it was one of the best teal hunts I've had...limits for the 5 or 6 of us that were there:

This here is Butler or the nickname I gave him LostDogStuckTruck. He actually registered on this site but never posted. Dude is a mess but he's fun to hunt and hang out with. This was his first goose hunt I think:



This is a hunt later in the year...I did a fancy instagram thing with it. It's Butler's dog Pickles..that's not her real name but that's what I call her. She is like her owner...also a big mess but honestly at the end of the day she proved to be a fine bird dog.

Yeah it was wet...being that it was teal season I just had my light preseason wader jacket that tucks into the waters so I had water running down my back. In a normal rain it does not matter but it that rain...damn. I remember being worried Walter was going to get his big diesel truck stuck on the road! But I won't lie...I love that stuff. I love having things not work out exactly perfectly.

Opening day for teal was not really the greatest hunt in the world but it was probably one of the more memorable hunts just because that's the day Butler had his dog run away and got his truck stuck...awesome! I also drank like 5 beers while we were getting the truck unstuck.
