3 spots on a 5 man 1,000 acre low fence lease with wt/axis deer & turkey near Junction @ $2,000 per year with year which includes year long access.
Hunters allowed to take 2 axis does, 1 axis buck, & two 8pt or better wt bucks. NO WT DOES OR WT BUCKS UNDER 8 PT ALLOWED PEORID per landowner’s rules. This is NOT a trophy lease but more of a family lease. For the most part we have been able to each shoot our two 8ptrs & our axis does each season. As far as axis bucks, there have been @ 6 nice axis bucks killed in the 3 years I have hunted here but don’t expect one every year. This place is on a river & it does have free range axis. Never seen any other exotics on the place.
Due to the landowners set in stone rules on management (or lack there of), it is obviously more of a place to go & enjoy the hill country, get the kids outdoors, & shoot some animals. If you are not ok with the no wt does & only 8pt or better rules, do not respond as they WILL NOT CHANGE.
There are plenty of turkeys on the place. There have been no hogs in the three years I have hunted this place (surprisingly) but if ya see any they are fair game for sure.
Good camp with beds, water, & elect in place (we pay elect which will run approx $150 per year each). There are good vehicle trails through the lease so an atv/utv is not required but definitely allowed.
There is livestock, but we have existing feeder pens in place.
Guest ARE allowed during the NON-WHITETAIL hunting season. During the wt hunting season ONLY wife & kids allowed no exceptions. Both of us staying both each have two young boys & we are in our mid 30’s so finding people to mesh with us & stay on longer that a year is our goal.
I hope I covered the main items well. The only kicker is that I will be going up next Mon-Wed & want to get these spots filled ASAP if possible so I do not have to make another 725mile round trip just to show the place again. Hunters have to pay the landowner $1,000 each due now & that allows you to start hunting (axis) immediately. The other $1,000 due by Labor Day. If interested pm me. Thanks!

We now have 4 married guys in there early to mid 30's with younger children. Looking for a 5th that fits in with what we have so far. Please understand I just think having 5 guys in similar situations works best for all envolved. If you fit into this category please pm me.

So one guy that was going to get on had something come up & will not be able to get on after all. That leaves one spot still open.

I have listed all the info already. I deleted all my pm's I recieved earlier thinking I would no longer need them so I am again starting from scratch.

In addition, I am looking for someone preferably in there 30's with younger children as this is what we have with the other 4 guys on the place.
