took this hog this evening first try with the scope cam.
Hit him a little lower from the ear than i wanted, basically in the upper jaw area but it worked.

Good video, it tells the tail of the shot. Looks like you scope is dead on from the description of the shot.

yes sir, the dot is where it hit, its a little harder to aim and see while looking at that tiny view finder specially with my eyes. his head did bob a bit at the shot too.

Nice little camera, but looking at the mount, I am confused as to how you attach it to your scope/rifle. Can you snap a pic of the whole rig mounted on your rifle?

this was my old hornet. the video is with my ruger hornet ill gets some pics, headed to the ranch right now hoping for a doe wit the bow on video.

So the mount clamps onto the rear of the scope and the camera simply screws onto the the adjustable frame with the bottom screw? Is that correct?

There is also a scope mount for the iPhone. The iPhone 5 takes HD video. Last I checked they were working on the mount for the 5. That is on my list, big viewfinder on the iPhone 5 too. It's the iScope, here's a link .

I bought the iScope in December, and I agree that it is a good concept. However, I have had to try it on 3 different rifles, and the iScope does not fit over the eyepiece on the 2 Zeiss scopes that I have on the bolt guns. In addition to that, I tried it on a X Bolt that I have a Nikon Monarch on, and the bolt can't retract because the tightening screws block it. I think that before you buy it, it is worth looking into whether your scope will be impacted by a bolt. I think I have to use it on my semi auto HK in order to get it to work.
