Last call....guaranteed limit(all Mallards), breakfast will be served in the blind(heated blind), my assistant Gunga Din will pack all our gear in and retrieve the birds........or more than likely.....hunting a small tank at LBJ that is about 1/2 mile walk from the truck, be on a tank holding gaddies recently and birds will float to the ponds edge depending on the wind.

was able to know a few out of the air this morning....
Just gotta love hunting public lands had some really nice guys from the other side of the lake blasting at birds 100+ yds away.

I bet they were using those new sniper shotguns i heard bout.

But dang it they were really camoflauged, sporting their bright orange vest and hats while sitting in FRONT of the tall grass

Guess in their minds it is too easy to get birds up close to shoot so they use orange to flare them off and then pick em off with those long range guns
