I don't go out of my way to watch any show. I do not watch to many shows unless they are hunting Mule Deer anywhere or hunting Whitetails in Texas when flipping thru channels. I do like Heartland Bowhunter though and if I happen to catch it on I will watch it. I can't stand anything with Stan Pitts or Potts or whatever his name is. Wildlife Innovations show about that family of misfits is almost as bad. heartland bowhunter is good, deer thugs is a little cheesy but i will watch it if its on.
If I send my neighbors a text and ask them to give me feedback on my lawn and plant rye into a giant dong pattern, I'm probably going to get some less than positive feedback. Same goes here.

One of the predator hunting shows is one I cant stand, think they are out of Iowa. I feel like everything they talk their words go through a fatboy slim voice change or something. I despise them.

Ever notice how many sponsors are on each TV hunting show?? When you count the time spent for commercials and replay of the same scenes, there are probably no more than 5 minutes of actual hunting footage for each 30 minute segment.
That's exactly why I quit watching them years ago. Nothing but commercials with a small bit of hunting. And many times it isn't hunting at all but just people sitting in a heated box stand waiting to shoot at something. They might just as well be shooting at cows in a field since there is no real plan or strategy. It's like trying to get interested in a book when there is no plot.

I watch Texas guys, Razor Dobbs, Pigman, they are entertaining. Tim Wells by far best of all and Jim Shockey The Professionals because of the crazy places he ends up. White tails don't do it for me, I can't stand a sit in tree and shoot the deer we been looking for crap. Sorry Tiffany your worth looking at but that's about it. Oh also F&T Trapper is good sometimes.

Eastman's Hunting Journal is one I'll watch because most of it is based on public land back country hunting and that's what I personally enjoy. And also quite often they will film a show with Mr.John Q Public that finally happened to get a tag in a trophy area that took a decade of persistence just to draw and they know it will make for a heck of a TV show to accompany this person on their hunt.

I don't watch any of them anymore. I don't like the whispering, naming the deer, or the yes yes yes fist pump after shooting some ones pet deer.

I like Relentless Pursuit although the creepy narrative tones and comments are a little throwed off, the hunting is good. Every time I turn on Major League Bow Hunter some white haired dude on there is about to break down in tears and is always talking about how hard hunting is, so I don't watch that anymore. Lee and Tiffany is OK, not as good as it used to be. Ted is OK, but he shoots anything with a pulse and then gets too political in some of his commentary. Jim Shockey is OK, but I could care less if he is hunting some unknown species of whitetail in South America, more Canadian WT is what he needs.
How come everybody I meet is a deer hunting expert?
