 what's this black stuff in the skin

We are cleaning a couple of ducks from the hunt the other day and came across what looks like little black tubes from underneath the skin and goes about 1/8" into the meat. Does this mean the meat is bad?

Those are the pin feathers, basically feathers that aren't finished growing yet.
