 Floater Mojo Question!

Does anybody have any thoughts/suggestions about painting the shiny black float-base that comes with the Floating Mojo Mallard? I have heard about some folks spraying grey lines on the black to simulate ripples. I mainly hunt the bigger waters not small ponds and tanks. I know about the thoughts of not using the Mojos after the split but I have moved out of TX to the Midwest. Thanks for the help fellas!

My Mojo float has a cloth camp wrap....... 
No doubt about the AR crap, just damn shame hunters don't have self control and knowledge

Never painted mine. I wouldn't worry about that. The mojo itself is either going to suck them in or flare them off. Good luck.
